Sorry, I saw this the day of, right after I got on here and was planning on responding, but I got distracted by the ensuing 10 hours of RBR. But I remembered a few seconds ago. Don't knock it till you try it, it's actually pretty damn good. It basically tastes like if someone slow cooked a ham until the meat was so tender it's falling off the bone, and all of the fat is ultra juicy to the point where it melts in your mouth. Then they decided to take all of that and pickle it with salt and vinegar. You know how you can go back and eat off of that ham for days, even though it's cold from being in the fridge, yet it retains that tender gelatinous fatty goodness. It almost tastes like that, mixed with cold cured ham or pastrami, well that's what pickled pig's feet taste like, only more salty and vinegary. It's pretty goddamn good if you ask me.
