    Seriously though, on Coleman...... it's actually quite shocking how easily people are bamboozled into thinking someone is an ATG actor. All it takes is one great or really good performance, and all of the acting casuals start proclaiming them the next Katherine Hepburn or Marlon Brando. The same has recently happened with Rami Malek, Adam Driver, David Oyelowo and Mahershala Ali.

    I think she's a good actress but I agree she never seems to be off the telly. Have you ever seen Peep Show? It's a sitcom and she plays a supporting role but she's very good in it.

    Well, what I said about being compared to Hepburn and Brando was a bit hyperbolic, no one knows who they are. Due to our intensely ADD short term memory culture, the only great acting point of reference most modern day film critics have is Ryan Gosling, James Franco and Joaquin Phoenix. To them Brad Pitt is an elder statesman. What Duvall, Caine and Connery was to us in our youths. :lol:

    No, up until recently most UK shows haven't made their way over here and are hard to get ahold of. So the whole Peep Show craze was largely lost on us.
