    I think Sam Jones defense sums him up. Said he only told Regis that, because at the time they were at the same company. Said he didn't believe it but was just saying it to try and get Regis to fight Jack. Said he really thought Jack would outpoint him. Nothing like looking after the fighter you represent lol.

    I was questioning why he would have it but if it was a voice note on say something like WhatsApp then it could have been backed up as I am sure mine is linked to my Google account

    In a sport full of pricks, he’s definitely up there as being one of if not the biggest.

    Just a arse licker for his paymasters and the ‘cool kids’.

    If you (with your closer knowledge of boxing) hate him then I feel better for feeling the same way!

    Sometimes “characters” are just that, but work hard behind the scenes or just act up as part of the promotion - he just comes across as a bellend.

    If anything could sum Jones up, it’s this interview he did:

    “I was in a welding class and I was never any good at it; so, one day the professor says you have three hours to do this project,” Jones recalled. “It came to the end and there was this really intelligent student who finished his welding plaque.

    “He put his initials on it, then he put it in this box and placed it in the professor’s drawer. Now, I hadn’t done any work on mine at all. When the professor left, I grabbed the professor’s key, unlocked the drawer and took the plaque out.”

    Jones engraved his initials on top of the other kid’s. The professor didn’t notice a thing. Jones got a great grade.”

    No other boxing ‘manager’ sits at the presser table and jumps in the ring to give interviews on the mic. This buffoon is desperate to be the star of the show.

    I use the term manager lightly of course as he can’t get a license and all his fighters are registered with fellow Kinahan lackies on the BBBoC website.

    We all know Sam Jones is an annoying ***** but does he really add any value to his fighters? In the case of Joe Joyce and Jack, who are not great talkers he at least creates a bit of drama to get people talking about their fights. Probably worth his 15% in these circumstances. I completely forgot Jack was fighting until the voice message drama came up on my social feeds.
