I keep PM's to myself. Those are the rules by the way. You have called me a good poster many times, and admitted mistakes here many times when I corrected you. Serious question, what meds are you on?
Mendoza and I used to have bad blood. That is no longer to be the case. We apologized and have a new friendship. Mendoza has an open mind about things, unlike you. As for the Mental Health...well I had to pass a 3 hour 1200 question psych test to get my job. I passed. I wasn't declared mentally unfit for duty so that's good enough for me.
I don't care if he did. we used to have Bad blood. I said some really mean things about him too. That's in the past. Mendoza is a good poster, and I think his views have gotten wiser and better in the past 3 years. I do have PMs of certain posters saying very negative things about you McVea, but I will not post them here.
I'd love to hear McVea admit he was wrong when he tried to claim Archie Moore had a steep physical decline between the Nino Valdes and Marciano fights..4 months apart. He tried to claim moores legs have out against Marciano in round 6 which is why he lost, but 4 months earlier Moore closed fast in rounds 14-15 to beat the 6-3 210 pound number 1 contender, funny how his legs didn't give out in round 6 of that fight.
You can post anything you like I couldn't give a sh*t feel free in fact I wish you would post them, so be my guest. Mendoza is a habitual liar.
I didn't say you had mental health problems he did, so if you haven't he was lying wasn't he? There can be no other explanation. You want to be friends with him fine I wouldn't p*ss on the c*nt if he was on fire.
Archie Moore said his legs gave out in the 6th round and so did the ringside press and I posted the reports and Moore's interview. Moore went up and down in weight in his fight prior to Marciano he had to make 175lbs to defend his lhvy title at his advanced age that is not a sensible thing to do. In May Moore scaled 196.5lbs for Valdes In June he scaled 175lbs for Olson In Sept he scaled 188lbs for Marciano . You don't think that has an impact on a near40 years old man's stamina? I couldn't give a f*ck about your opinion of me , but my track record on here proves I'm happy to admit I am wrong ,I even made a thread entitled " I Was Wrong ,"look it up.
I've still got your one about Joe Choynski, the one you claimed you sent asking for my email address so you could set up a meet with me, you lying sack of sh*t. The only pill I take is an occasional quinine sulphate for a muscle spasm in a calf ,the result of some one stamping on it years ago. How about yourself, still looking for those bravery pills you couldn't find a few years ago?
There is a famous interview film of Moore where he is being questioned by his manager prior to the Olson fight. Moore is clearly irritated with having to go down in weight and fight Olson when he had his sights set on Marciano. He can barely contain himself.
It's probably too late for that stuff. Better to wish for a new modern Langford. While historians are free to cultivate the past, the sport goes on. I'm looking forward to when later this month people start posting "It's half way through the year, what's the best fight you've seen" threads and I get to hear about some barnstormer from Venezuela that was completely off my radar. I might never live to see Greb Tunney or Greb Walker, but I live with the expectation that I may still see something just as good in my time.
Yes indeed, when he came to the UK, but refused to answer 3 pms and 2 public threads from me asking which flight he would be on. This is the object that is 30 years younger than me and challenged me to a fight, saying "Im 6 foot 2 and hit a ton," yet when I accepted he slunk in and out of the UK without so much as a PM to me, no one even knew he was back in the US until he posted on here.It can all be checked out if you have any doubts, that's your new "friend". PM me if you want any additional info. I have the full package on that piece of sewage. And people wonder why I despise the lump of excrement?
