The longer it goes the more the odds favor Langford. He wouldn't have to land much to KO Jones. This is one I could really see going either way.
Hard to say because Langfords power is legendary & Jones was an amazing talent. Langford had many more fights against a much deeper resume. By looking at the results of Jones KO'd by Tarver & Johnson Sam may just look to bang home the button to success = Roys chin
Like a lot of guys from Langfords era I just wish there was quality film back then. Yea I know wishful thinking

Here is what Jones would do! He would duck Langford in his prime, when he could have made a fight of it. Then when he was well past his best himself, he would have agreed to a fight with say prime Jack Dillon, and he would have taken a beating!
