He IS a cheater. Out of a clinch, he pushes the other guy down on the back of the neck and punches them downwards on the back of the head. He's gotten away with it consistently for years. He didn't do it much in his last two fights, but that doesn't mean he won't be back up to old tricks against a seemingly superior fighter.
******ed is being kind. The man is a total moron who believes the hype that Duva spouts. I think he is going to take a lot of leather to the face tonight, and look like Danny Williams and Sanders both did after a few rounds - swollen and bleeding out of every cranial orifice. It should be a brutal, ugly, gruesome beating. I'm going to record it in hi-def on my DVR so I can revel in every gory detail in slo-mo. :good
You must be joking. Do you know were the brainstem is located on the human body and what happens if it gets hit hard enough? Its right were Peter hits people with the rabbit punchs.
You know what's worse? People claiming that Michael Spinks beat no one at light heavyweight, and comparing his achievements at 175 to Shane Mosley at lightweight and Michael Moorer at 175. Know anyone who said something that stupid?
They're fighting in there, expect such things to happen. I'm pretty sure you're referring to the Wladimir, Toney and Maskaev fights. Wladimir was turning his back on Peter a lot, Peter ignored it at first but as the fight went he got frustrated, let's face it, the man is taking 5-6 punches to land 1 and when he gets the advantage Wladimir turns his back on him with the referee doing nothing, in this case Wladimir is cheating as well to get out of trouble and Peter will get frustrated enough to wack him there anyway. Same with Toney, everytime he was stunned/hurt he would kneel with his head down welcoming those shots to get a break out of the bad position from the referee. The same happened with Maskaev and Emannuel pointed it out as he was commentating.
