Hunter Sam took a very decent start with sharp counter shots. Kali Meehan did very little until the last minute, when he landed a big shot on Sam. Sam was stunned but didn't go down.

Slow start of the third round. Meehan controlling with the jab, Sam again landing fast and wild hooks on Meehan, who looked stunned again. Meehan managed to score some points in the last half minute of the fight, but Sam did more damage.
