Agreed that Haye likely would not touch a Peter fight with a ten foot barge pole, but I really think the difference in speed would be a major factor, Peter would eat so many punches. Early on he'd be cautious but I'd be disappointed if he was as negative as he was against Valuev for the whole fight. In saying that though, Haye has disappointed a lot over the past couple of years.

It doesn't matter who trains Peter he has lost to every decent fighter he has fought. Plus, Jeff Mayweather ruined Sultan Ibragimov he took a guy that was an aggressive puncher and turned him into a guy that stood back and tried to throw 15 punches a round.

 

Wladimir who is half a foot taller at that same weight is a thick and muscular man, Peter like Arreola and Solis is fat and lacks discipline, he is so fat and out of shape he can't even move his feet, it's pretty sad that the Klits and very few other HWs actually train hard.

I could see Haye dominating this althouh Peter could get the KO or a KD or 2. I just think his punch resistance has pretty much gone. He will be even worse after the Wlad fight. I don't think he would be able to take too many of Haye's shots now but like I say he'd be dangerous. I would be happy if that fight gets made, if you watched Chagaev' last fight you'd see he's faded a lot. This is a tougher fight but no dought Haye takes stick which ever one he chooses.

 

I agree, Haye avoids Peter at all costs.

I also don't think even a world class trainer like Mayweather will benefit Peter that much. He is what he is, given his physical abilities. But, you never know.

I also agree Peter needs to get rid of that idiot Ivaylo manager goof. But I am not on the inside, so I don't really know, its just the impression I get, that he's an incompetent boob, much like Adam Booth.

 

Haye would dominate Peter at this point, I never liked Peter but he is even worse now than he was before.
