Can't imagine Peter ever beating Lewis.

I am not so sure Peter could beat Lewis now much less in his Prime.

Prime Lewis would starch Peter in a round.

Lewis at age 40-something could take of his headset, step away from the HBO announce booth and beat a Prime Peter senseless, then return before Larry Merchant is finished with a single sentence.

    prime lewis ko2 prime peterpan
i'm alittle disappointed in peter expected more from him but he's become too bigheaded for his own good.

Lewis by KO. Lewis wasn't in top shape, or in his prime, but his will was excellent that night. And he's vastly superior to Peter as a fighter.

If Peter could have extended the fight he may have been able to get a Rahman I shot in late, but I can't see it.

I don't think Peter has Rahman power at all. Rahman has way more knockouts over top 25 people than Peter does. Peter has a 25% KO ratio over top 25 fighters.

That's a great point, BG. And, Lewis really suffered from the high altitude in Johannesburg in Rahman I. The only other guy to clip him with one shot was McCall, and that was before Manny Steward taught LL to use his height and hold on when he wasn't punching.

Lewis would have to be a little bit careful, but I think he would toy with Peter as he did a faded Tyson or Tua.
