If Brewster would have fought Peter instead of Liakovich. I think this would have been highly entertaining with neither fighter backing off. There is no way this one goes past 6. Two granite chinned power punchers ...who do you got?

My pick is Peter by KO in 5 after having to get up a couple of times himself.

Since when did Sam Peter have a granite chin? Jameel "Big Time" McCline floored him 3 times in their fight.

Anyway, i'm going with Brewster, he's got better brawling skills, stamina & chin.

This is an interesting fight, and is one of the reasons why the current era is just so frustrating. There is not an abundance of talent, but that wouldnt matter if the talent actually fought each other. I think Brewster is a bigger hitter than Peter, and has a slightly better chin, but i am not so sure that he would neccesarilly beat Peter. It is a shame that 90 per cent of the matches from this era are just question marks. Fights where it might be a close fight, or you might even think you know the winner, but it would be still interesting just to watch them and see the best fighters emerge.

fights like Valueve vs The Klitchskos, Chagaev vs Haye, Tua vs Meehan, McCall vs Rahman, Toney (in shape) vs McLine. Byrd vs Ruiz, there are so many fights that could have been made, and would have made last decade a lot more interesting.
