That's too many ifs...I don't make my predictions like that. Try that sh*t with the bookie and see how far you get. I pick Mosley if he doesn't get old overnight...I pick Mayorga if he can land something big. Nonsense, those things are part of what makes the match. You don't make your prediction barring all sorts of possibilities.
I believ it was this...and it's a f*cking classic quote... Peter: "Vitali, you turn your head, I'm hitting you, I'm telling you right now. " ...in other words if you don't protect yourself and the ref doesn't do his job by making you protect yourself, I'm not pulling mid-punch...good for Peter.
The second "if" was sarcastic. I am not trying to play it "safe" here. I honestly don't know if Vitali will show up in shape and perform like he did in his last fights, do you? Anyhow, I pick Vitali, but I wouldn't bet my money on it.
1st post, hows it goin; anyway the conference call got me even more jacked up for this fight, but i want to know what the **** duva is talking about, sounds deep; Duva: Vitali, I appreciate it, because honestly I'll expose you in a bad way because you and I had a private conversation in which you went out of line. But that's between you and me. We've got friends, many friends. Europe is where I'm from, buddy. All this country doesn't go up to you. You're a foreigner in this country. And talking to the people in the streets, they're cheering for Samuel Peter. Were going to go make our own fans because this is Samuel Peters time to shine in Europe and in Germany. any idea?
Peter counts on his illegal blows, but Vitali fights tall, at a little over 6 feet 8 inches tall Peter will have trouble landing punches on the back of Vitali's head. Vitali can also fight on the inside.
I do not "know," however I can say with areaonable amount of cetainty that he will show up being a fighter 4 years removed from the last time he heard an opening bell...I know that he will be closer to 40 in this bout as opposed to last time he fought when he was closer to 30...I know that this will be the first time he's made it through a trainng camp in 6 tries. I also know that if he wins it will be the greatest achievement of his PRO career...VITKLIT needs Peter in order to have some kind of a legacy. ...and I pick Peter, if it were in the U.S I would certainly put money on it...but the KLIT's are practically adopted boxing sons of Germany. If Peter doesn't get a KO I don't expect the judges to be fair or honest...making it hard for me to bet.
True that. I also expect you to be honest and fair if the fight doesn't go the way u bet it will go Also, if fatty gets a KO that will make many doubters (including me) change their minds about his abilities.
or anybody mentioning wtf does a vulture going for the anus mean?! that's got to be a transcript error
pretty good article on this http://www.boxingnews24.com/2008/09/peter-vitali-klitschko-you-turn-your-head-im-hitting-you-im-telling-you-right-now/ that conference call was hillarious, hope the fight will be as good as the verbal exchange between Sam and Quitaly
