Sam Peter vs Andrew Golota...Who Ya Got?

I gotta say that Peter might be the worse match up style wise for Golota. He is a very hard puncher and a fast starter. Golota would have a much better chance against the Chagaev-Valuev winner. Another, factor working against Golota is that the WBC badly wants the Vitali-Peter fight to happen after all of the delay. I think it will be hard for Andrew to get a fair decision.

However with all that being said, Andrew CAN WIN the fight! Peter is a very mediocre boxer. Andrew with his good jab and superior skills could give him a boxing lesson if he can survive the early rounds. Thats the big if! If Golota gets the fight into the mid to late rounds and isn't getting hurt like Maskaev was then I think he can win on points. Plus, Peter maybe looking past this fight and not taking it seriously. If that is the case DON'T be surprized if Andrew doesn't stop him! Peter doesn't have as great of a chin as some people think. He was hurt versus Maskaev, and McCline who is a light puncher mopped the canvas with him for a couple of rounds.

 

You know I think Peter's gonna take Golota lightly for this fight. He probably thinks Golota has slowed after viewing the Mollo fight and just sees this as an easy Payday optional defense of his title.

Then I think Golota puts on the performance of his second half of his boxing career. With improved speed from his prior outings, improved stamina, and improved heart, you'll see a hungry and ready AG come fight night.

But by then it will be too late for Peter.

It's funny, no one has ever taken AG lightly while he was coming up due to his incredible talent. No one will give him much of a chance for this fight and that may actually work in his favor.

I see something big happening for Andrew that night. I really do.:happy

I think Golota finds a new way to lose by DQ, hard to take him seriously after **** shows vs. Bowe twice, Lewis, Grant Tyson & Brewster.

What you guys don't realize is that Golota is made to beat Sam Peter.

This is all seriousness here:

I was worried about Golota v Lamon becouse I knew that guy had speed. Thats something that has ALWAYS bothered Golota. I gave Lamon a big shot at beating the Pole. Not like Ruiz and Byrd, who have styles not a lot relevant to a lot of speed like Lamon had/unleashed in that fight. Ruiz had his hugging style and Byrd had that weird Southpaw style, which was also made for Golota and clearly Byrd lost that fight.

Golota comes back and beats a TOP, thats right TOP, contender in Mike Mollo. If you say he wasn't top, please check back into the rankings. Did you see the speed and flurry of punches Mollo tried to unleash on Golota in the early round? Golota knew he needed to surive and did so and went on by destroying Mollo with a EASY call UD win.

Golota has improved and he knows that its his time now, and there is no ****ing around. Peter is made for Golota.


Sam Peter, Is an slow *******, and thus I see Golota out jabbing, out punching overall, and (highly) possible TKOing him in the later rounds. Golota has both the experience and mental ability at this point to beat Peter. Seriously, Peter IS NOT GOOD. I remmeber all you guys like Zakman were all over his nuts cause of his so called "power" over the fact he brutally KO'd Williams. Seriously, thats a big joke to me.

Seriously tho, if theres anyone in this fight wining by DQ, its Golota. Peter cheats and he always did. Golota did too, but he stopped and got his full mental aspect on the boxing game. So if this fight somehow ends up as a DQ, Golota will win.
