Something tells me this ride is gonna turn ugly the closer we get to fight time. I couldn't take this Sam Peter guy from the 1st time I saw him fight. Now he could be the one to send Golota into retirement. So appropriate, isn't it?

Gives me even more reason to wanna see AG win. It just keeps getting better all the time!

Hey Golota fans? Go rewatch the tapes of Lewis, Tyson, Grant, Brewster and hell even Bowe.

The history is EVIDENT. He showed up late to the arena and was given LYDOCAINE Injestions just to calm his nerves and get in the ring vs Lewis.

Peter is a BULL and a fighter. With a fighters mentality! I believe that his conditioning is par with what he believes the opponent is. The size of the opportunity is also involved and Peter should see that coming from McCline fight. Peter put up a fight with Klitschko despite losing. Golota isnt close to what he was vs Bowe from age 28 to now 40.

Apparently Bates, the McBride of Frankenstein, and Mollo have rekindled the dreams:D

    I see nightmares:yep

Bowe is lucky to be alive. Against Lewis Golota just fell apart and froze. Grant didn't know where he was for 8 rounds. Brewster "iced" a cold Golota. Today's Andrew Golota will not quit. He's seasoned, he's matured, and he's focused. At this point Andrew is doing this for his name and for his pride. Peter won't intimidate him, and neither fighter should take this fight lightly.

Golota is way past his prime. A younger version would defeat Peter, but not now.

Peter will win by stoppage in an early round.

I give Peter credit for handling Maskaev as he did. Maskaev was no pushover, as some have said. He was inactive for some time, but he's a very hard puncher and a seasoned vet who would be a tough fight, or loss, for most of the top ten.

But that said, I think Golota is now not going to be denied, this time. This is his time, finally.

He'll be very encouraged by the Peter McCline fight's revelations, and Golota will be full of confidence and will take full advantage of, not only Peter's lack of boxing skill, but his suseptibility to a good shot to the chin.... If Golota can weather that early swarm/storm that Peter is sure to bring, Golota's chances to win start increasing at a fast rate, as the rounds go by.

    Go, GOLOTA!

Sammy gets this guy outta there in the first half of the fight. No two ways about it.

He could have dented Maskaev earlier but he was not going to risk what he did against McCline. He's become more patient now and knows he can be decked. Golota simply is too easy to hit. He doesn't cover up well when he's hurt either.

I can see Golota being rocked by a solid right hand and then retreating to the ropes, only to eat another 3-4 punch combination, then hitting the canvas. The ref will stop it.

Cut that s**t out! We don't want to hear that kind of talk!

This is the G Man's big opportunity, and we won't have it soiled by negativity. LOL
