I'm not convinced that Sexton is that much better than McDermott, who basically bumrushed Larry.... leaving him with no clue what to do.

Sexton is a similar height and doesn't take as good a shot as McD, so will be more respectful of Larry's power.

The pick would be Sexton inside three but it wouldn't surprise me at all if the opposite was true. Betting the under is the safe option.
