He has still earn't more money in his career than his talent warranted imo.

Was Sam getting paid to take these amateurs through their training session ? And if he wasn't than he is doing a good deed like many many many people do in all walks of life including people on this forum.

 

Soliman was over paid for sure, all thanks to Stuart Duncans negotiation skills. As for comments made in regards to his fight in america, it was embarasing to listen to the commentators rubish solimans style. He doesnt have much talent, i watched him fight in the league and he has more heart than talent but heart alone cant get you all the way. He should have retired when Mundine knocked him out but instead he wanted another rematch/pay day.

couldnt make money as a kickboxer so he turned to boxing, its about making money and he has done quite well, i think he did deserve it in the end because he did the hard yards but he also Milked Mundine for all he could.

He was embarasing fighting Winky, not sure what some of you were on that night, have another look and listen to the commentators, especially the one whos a world Famouse trainer and knows his sht! Soliman is crap

that's a silly statement.

its not like there r set amounts boxers of different classes earn. and that he was paid 20% more than the class he was in. so its a hollow comment imo.

his talent got him to the point of earning the fights he got. therefore the money he recieved for the fights was right.

boxing isn't a sport where the guy with the best pure boxing skills always wins, otherwise there'd be no need to fight, just give the guy with the most talent the championship belt, lol.

 

Of course he wasn't getting paid, he was working these guys out, free of charge, of his own bat at Moorabin boxing club, a gym that barely breaks even, at 8.30 on Sunday morning.
