Sam Webb vs. Matthew Hall & Billy Joe Saunders vs. Tony Hill RBR

Hall gets in and trowels the body, keeping either a head or an arm pressed into Webb at all times. Some pushed jabs by Webb backing up and peering over his shoulder to keep off the ropes. Hall is jumping up and lunging with jabs from outside, caught with a few Webb uppercuts, but always cutting the range down and getting to the body. Jab to the Adam's apple, looping right to the ribs by Hall. Webb grimaces. BIG RIGHT HAND over the top by Hall. Webb is flurrying to the body while leaning back against the ropes. Hall is going nuts. BIG LEFT HOOK, OVERHAND RIGHT by Hall. Webb lands a few body flurries and then jabs backing up off the ropes. Webb lands a late shot after the bell.

Webb landed a bit in the last thirty seconds. Enough to "SRL" it on the BN commentators' card, but not to steal it on mine. :bart

 

Round 5

Hall is bobbing and weaving in, hitting the body. Webb is hopping back on spread legs, trying to box on the outside and catch Hall on the way in. Hall is caught by a right hand, but not giving up. BIG overhand right by Hall, landing over Webb's gloves. Hall relentless. Webb is put on the ropes and kept there.

Round 6

Hall headbutts Webb in the chest, and skewers him to the ropes until a break is called. Hall rolls his gloves around and charges in low, hooking up at Webb's guard and scoring with rights to the body. Hall ducks under & through a long 1-2 from a retreating Webb. Hall makes Webb miss several more straight shots on the back foot. Webb is put on the ropes, hit in the body, and then chased across the ring. Webb puts out a few jabs, but has to quickly pull his arm back to block a big Hall left hook. Webb is pushed into the ropes just feet from the corner, hit downstairs, but able to spin out. 1-2 by Webb. Leaping hook by Hall. More pressure by Hall, banging up around Webb's guard. Body shots by Hall. Counter jabs by Webb. Hooks into the side of Hall's head by Webb.
