Was a very good display and he showed true sportsmanship by not celebrating until he knew his opponent was ok.

Probably something to do with one of his previous opponents ending up in hospital.

Frank jumped straight up on ring apron and told him not to, As you say classy performance and reaction to what looked worrying for brief moment.

Ryan Rhodes would old man him...:yep

I thought that his plan and tactic in the way he did not allow Conception to get close or get his shots off was excecuted perfectly...:good It was not the best of contests to watch, but Webb was effective and did very well in his first defence...:deal

I enjoyed watching Webb. People can say he should have stopped him earlier, but I disagree. I don't think it was in Webb's plans to go for the KO, but to outbox Concepcion to a points victory, which he was executing splendidly. There's still some rough edges, but I really enjoyed watching him, liking the speed and use of the tiny ring very much.

Can anyone confirm if it was a TKO or KO stoppage, currently in dispute with Skybet.
I know conception was on the floor getting medical help etc, but I seem to remember the ref jumping in before conception hit the floor, and the offical wording was "in no position to continue"
    Thoughts Please

Great avatar :good My favourite film - "A Room For Romeo Brass"!

And back on topic, I thought Sam Webb was superb and conducted himself like a consumate pro (as did Concepcion). Great credit to British boxing.

Concepcion went down and he looked to get up because he lifted head and Howard Foster leaned over and waved it off without a count.

Yeh after the Aaron, get him another British defence to pick up the Lonsdale for keeps, then go for the European.

Sam keeps on improving, seems like a real down to earth guy and judging by the previews in the anthony small fight and this one it seems it is his dream to be british champion which is refreshing, webb-arron should be a ******* but i think sam beats him.
