They aren't the same size. Leonard is bigger. Leonard is better. Leonard wins every time.

I think people are just thinking of Tray Leonard. Who was a journeyman in the nineties.

Leonard is one of the best fighters of all time. He takes this quite comfortably and makes Mayweather look amateurish in the process.

Leonard would beat any version of floyd at welterweight, i give mayweather the benefit of the doubt and say he doesn't get stopped and maybe takes a few rounds but leonard picks up a comfortable UD.

Also if he gets mayweather seriously hurt leonard is one of the best finishers the sport ever seen so you cannot rule the stoppage out even if i don't favour it

Leonard wins by late stoppage after being frustrated by Floyd's speed for the first half of the fight

to be fair you have to assume that in this case floyd has to be born a natural welterweight and not move up 4 weights to get there. In that case i'd pick floyd to take a split decision.

Good observation. Jr. is far better than Sr., so this would be very well be a lot more interesting and less one-sided than people think. Floyd could win this fight.

Exactly...but apart from him, I have Floyd as the favorite against any other modern WW in history.
