So turns out Karl/Ramirez the pick em fight was the most onesided of the night, the favorites went 1-1. Funny how that works.... Theater of the unexpected for ya.

No I doubt I'm watching the fight with the sound down playing music getting ready to go out. The superbowl is here in houston so I'm about the hit the clubs.

I have to say great card by PBC, three very competitive fights, I can't believe Vasquez was kod clean by Collazo damn this dude is packing serious glass. He needs to work on his defence he admires his work to much and forgets to cover up after he throws his combos when he is tired.

    Vasquez vs Khan!!!

Sorry for jumping on you then, but I was worried something like that would happen all day after reading about it this morning, but chose to not even bring it up, I didn't want to jinx him.

The worst is I had him in a couple of accumulators he was my confident pick in all of them and like you said the irony of your sure bet being the wrong one. Thats how it goes you live and you learn if he goes in with a puncher i will be picking him to get ko'd next.

He showed a solid beard against several fighters that can punch before, including Wale Omotoso.

I didn't hear about Vasquez's surgery, or if I did, I forgot about it. Might have imagined that he would take an easier fight following the loss to Diaz than a guy like Collazo, 'cause Luis ain't the type of guy you'd want to face if you're not 100 percent. Probably would still have picked him in the league anyway, though.

That said, good comeback win for Collazo. He makes an interesting opponent for some other guys in the division, even if he isn't ever going to really threaten the elite again. Still, I'd be down for Berto-Collazo II- and I imagine Luis would be, too.

True. But, it should be noted that Collazo's always had a slightly better dig than he's given credit for having. Rocked Berto and Hatton, hurt Thurman to the body, and one-shotted Ortiz. He's never had world ending power, but he can do a bit of damage if he lands right.

Okay if you think he has a solid beard go for it but im telling you the moment this kid runs into anyone from the top five they will time him and get him out of there. I mean Collazo did it for christ sake the last legitimate guy he knocked was Ortiz and hes chinny too.
