R9 Suslenkov, 87-84; Another scrappy round, but Suslenkov roundly outworking Hunter with body shots, especially with a couple of nice right hands to the body

Gave the ninth to Suslenkov. He's dirty AF but Hunter couldn't keep him away that round.

Hes good based on what? Beating Bakole, drawing with an old man and a a journeyman or getting embarrased by Usyk

Hunter is too fleshy at HW. obviously hasnt done the work of clean bulking like Uysk.

hes a typical lazy american HW, which is a shame, because he would of been one of the better ones.

    Round 1 Hunter 10-9
    Round 2 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 3 Hunter 10-9
    Round 4 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 5 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 6 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 7 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 8 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 9 Suslenkov 10-9
    Round 10 Suslenkov 10-9

More tying up, more scrapping on the inside. Both men landing rabbit punches, Artem's are worse. Artem batters him with a few stiff jabs, then left hooks to the body. Both men look tired, but Artem still managing to get the cleaner more consistent work in. They trade late, neither man land much clean. Artem opens up a bad cut late.

    98-92 Suslenkov

R10 Suslenkov, 97-93; Could pretty much copy and paste what I said about many of the previous rounds; a messy affair with Suslenkov outworking Hunter on the inside.

UD for Suslenkov; TBH you have to wonder what Hunter is doing fighting in Uzbekistan against a master spoiler on a Sunday, such a waste of talent.

 Dude, stop. BS won´t convince anyone.

Hunter showed heart, grit and skill vs Usyk. Otherwise he would not have survived to the final bell. In fact, he managed to win more rounds than Huck, Mchunu, Gassiev and arguably Glowacki. All whom were top names in the division at the time.
Hunter then moved up in weight and beat with ease low level guys like: Iago Kiladze, Martin Bakole, Aleksandr Ustinov and Sergey Kuzmin. And since he did it with relative ease, it should have been clear to anyone that Hunter had some talent and promise. And of course skills.
His jab was solid and he had a sneaky right hand.

Sure, he drew with Povetkin but this was the same Povetkin who a year prior gave Joshua a good fight. And managed to beat both Hughie Fury and Dillian Whyte.

So yes, Hunter at one point was good. Otherwise Bakole and Povetkin would have mopped the floor with him. But this was nearly 5 years ago. He is now in his mid 30s and clearly not as good as he once was.
