Yes, that was the question. (rewording the phrase 'biting off more than one can chew').

Big gulf in high-level experience between them. I haven't seen enough of IC to say he definitely can't, but feels like too much too soon.

 

According to that Tweet in the OP, the main card on Ch5 from the top of the hour is two bouts. The lead-in is a 6-rounder, so not too long, latest start I'd figure for Eggington vs. Jkitou would be half-past.

 

It's funny - if you played a game of "strip the fighter for parts" with those last two prospects, you could have a pretty complete guy.

(RWB has the work rate and the variety of offense, but doesn't seem to have much venom in his punches and is very slack with his technique. IC, on the other hand, has the pop and is as calm and disciplined as you'd like RWB to be, but isn't busy enough, nor very imaginative with his attacks)

Yeah, a bit emaciated, ribs sticking out and whatnot. Even if he's drained, though, his opponent has only ever scored one KO.
