He's more skilled but often used power over skills in the past because the competition allowed him to do and it was enough. When it mattered, he tried a lot of different tactics vs. Vitali while Peter simply walked forward. The result might be the same, but the effort was different, and if it comes down to Cris-Peter fight, it'll show why.

Arreola is simply better, but not only that, he's faster, he's tougher, actually I think he hits harder and he's definitely a lot stronger mentally. It's a punchers fight so you can't rule out Peter, but I'd say Arreola wins 9 times out ot 10.

Peter's skills are actually underrated, he did outbox James Toney and knocked out Oleg Maskaev. He just doesn't do well against really skilled tall boxers. Who has Arreola fought or shown that he is more skilled than Peter?
