I also bet Atlas didn't really want to train Peter, truth be told.

A few years ago Peter was giving people reason to believe. How was anyone to know he would get fat and lazy?

Guess Again. Rumor is, Peter's called in the big guns. There's only one man who can turn this around, and you and I know damned well who that is.

The call's been made. Time to move the family to the bomb shelter until the division recovers from this fallout.

At first , I really didnt like this guy.
His last fight which he lost, he fought a guy with real fast hands.
He showed a definate improvement --- a faster jab, even though not fast enough for Chambers, but fast enough for alot of other guys, --- head movement and slipping punches.
I agree with you, that Sam Peter can be a real good fighter and beat many heavyweights, but he will have to do the work ---- and come in at 235-240 and keep working on developing his skills. He is just starting to look like a boxer and is indeed getting better despite his recent losses.
They were against much better opponents than he had before.

Peter needs to change his training and his style, back to the old days.

Its a start, but it really is up to Sam. As they say, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink". Sam has to find the fire again and get motivated. If not, he is just wasting everyone's time.

What happened to getting Kevin Rooney as a trainer. Kevin Rooney would of done wonders for Samuel Peter.

Thats how I see it as well. If I was Peter's team I would set him up matches against decent fighters with weak chins to gain his confidence back, maybe a Rahman or even better, Zuri Lawrence.
