Hard to say at this point. Don't really think a great deal of either fighter. Both hit hard, but have substantial flaws. Could go either way.

No he didn't, liar. Nichols didn't land anything. Wilder tripped. It was instantly ruled a slip. The fight immediately resumed after the two touched gloves. And the fight was over about 90 seconds later.

Jameel McCline hammered Sam Peter and had him down THREE times in the first three rounds.

Wilder has plenty of flaws. The fact that you guys feel compelled to make up stuff about him and repeat the lies 10,000 times shows how dim you are.

Jameel Mcline would probably defeat wilder as well. Or at least he would be his best opponent not named Tyson Fury.

Peter won a single legit title fight, was floored more than a half-dozen times in his career, was stopped four times, was soundly outboxed on multiple occasions and has even quit on his stool a few times. He has a 68 percent KO percentage.

Wilder has never lost or been stopped. He's about to make his ninth title defense. He's got a 95 percent KO percentage and has always displayed a ferocious will to win in the ring.

Wilder is 10 times the champ Sam Peter was.

    Wilder KO 1.

Wilder by decision. Peter in his prime was an animal and would most likely score a knockdown or two on Wilder, but like against Wlad he’d be eating flush 1-2’s all night and would drop a decision.

Wilder fought a bunch of bums and an old guy and a guy off a fat farm. Shoot up the fireworks, boys!

Peter fought very strong fighters like Klits hko brothers ATG heavy weights, world champ Maskaev, ATG Toney and others. Wilder fought Charlie Z, ESPN Maskott and a senior citizen. Oh and Fury, who lost 200 pounds after binge drinking for years.

Peter in his prime got knocked down three times by Jameel McCline.

    Deontay Wilder isn't Jeremy Williams.

Peter got owned by Eddie Chambers and got knocked out by Robert Helenius.

    Peter wasn't much ... ever.

Anyone who REALLY believes Sam Peter could ever have beaten Deontay Wilder doesn't know jack **** about boxing.

But, Peter's only five years older than Wilder. Maybe Wilder should fight him next and we'll see who is better? (LOL)

Well Wilder does fight only old and shot fighters so highly likely the fight will happen. Wilder is probably waiting for Peter to gain another 150 pounds and reach at least age of 40.

Bad match up for Windmill. While Peter was a limited boxer (although not as limited as Deonkay) he was tough, heavy handed, great chin and good stamina. He'd wear down Windmill for a late stoppage.

Peter had woefull stamina. He tended to gas after 5 rounds even with a very low punch output.

An obsese aged 40 James Toney was able to keep him with him over two fights, arguably winning the first one.

If Wilder can get through on Ortiz and Fury he'd get through on a face first plodder like Peter easily and early.

I doubt Peter would beat Ortiz. He'd likely get the Jennings treatment.
