Sam Peter is tailor made for Virchis:a predictable stationary target.
Virchis looks horrible against capable and skilled movers- a rematch with Bidenko or an encounter with Byrd are probably his biggest nightmares.
As for Peter he is totally overrated here on esb IMO.
Of course he can bang, and has pop in his fists, but he for sure isnt as good as a lot of Americans here on ebs think he is.
Peter went the full route with very limited Croation heavy Jovo Pudar, and had two very lame fights with that fat dwarf Toney.
Besides Paolo Vidoz stopped him at the last olympic tournament.
Virchis twice beat that Italian olympian quite convincingly.
Styles make fights, and Peter's style is tailor made for Virchis.
Virchis by ko or tko within 5 rounds.

    Vidoz beat him via decision

I know.I intended to say that he stopped Peter on his way to win an olympic medal.
Peter lost a point decision to Vidoz, and Calvin Brook was taken out of the fight by Vidoz.

Well,I for my part think that it is quite decent, but to be fair he looked vulnerable against Sprott, and Vitaly Klitschko once stated in an interview that he had knocked Virchis out at the amateurs.

He for sure can take some decent shots, but he is a human being after all.
Peter surely has a puncher's chance against him.
However,I for my part think that Virchis has the upper hand in firepower, and Peter's style is tailor made for Virchis.
Fighters like Byrd,Gomez,Bidenko, and so on would probably outbox the giant Ukranian quite easily.
Well,Peter isnt a fast mover, and he for sure tends to duke it out with his opponent.Would be a fatal tactic against Virchis IMO.
