In a fight where both are or were at their respective best. Def ends in a KO, but by who?

I´d wager it wouldn't end in a KO.
They both got heavy hands but neither are/were good at finishing fights. And I highly doub either would score the early stoppage here.

Funny to think that Peter´s was done by the time he was 30.

    This would be some fight.

I couldn't pick a winner in this one, I think it could go either way, but I would give Whyte the edge in strength and power.

Peter fought against higher level opponents though.

    Real 50/50.

Peter was stronger and punched harder. Peter was one of the strongest ever.

Whyte by decision, I feel more confident about this choice if the fight is a ten rounder.

Peter wins. Too slick, too Nigerian. Might even see an Ali Shuffle from Peter in this fight as he cruises to victory.

There's a good chance that he was "Nigerian 30" at the time... AKA add at least 5 years to his official age.

    The Nigerian Nightmare smokes Whyte.

Whyte already got walked through by one nigerian.

Whyte stops Sam Peter like he stopped Chisora , only earlier.. Left hooks were Peters weakspot and Whyte would drill left hooks into him as well as jabs

Peters wasn't any better than Derrick Chisora. Id take Chisora over Chambers who Peter lost to. Joe Parker would whoop him as well.

For the life of me, I can't see Whyte dropping Wlad and eating bombs from Wlad or outboxing Toney.

Peter probably would smoke Whyte with a rabbit punch after Whyte starts gassing.

The question isn't Whyte vs Wlad , its Whyte vs Peter. But Whyte apparently gave Wlad trouble in sparring , so maybe he could get a drop.

Whyte would probably smoke Peter with a left hook since he ate then up for free. Parker is more harder to hit with left hooks than face first Peter and Whtye was the only guy to ever drop Parker - with a left hook. ffs Whyte would destroy Peter. He is slow and has no defence

That Helienus win isn't looking all that bad now after he creamed Kownacki- another Sam Peter type guy. Chisora ran Helenius from pillar to post back in 2011... Helenius starfished Peter brutally -with a left hook
Chisora fought Whyte - guess what happened ?? Slept by a left hook.

Probably Peter, he actually won his belt. For a while he looked fearsome. Whyte is good but not quite that level. I'd say 60-40 in Peter's favour.
