I had no idea of that. Interesting. I have heard from a few people that on a personal level, Duva can be a hard-nosed, sharp-tongued *****. Not literally. Because that would be physiologically impossible, I think. I remember Golota's wife said something about him being very nasty and disrespectful to her and then he found out she was a lawyer or something and seemed to get nice quickly.

That'd be a fight I'd like to see. That would answer some questions about both guys in exciting fashion, I'd think.

Personally, I think even though he's beat this latest D level opponent in dramatic fashion, the boxing fans are burnt out on Peter. He's stepped up to the top level and was beaten each time. One time, even quitting.

I don't think the public, or promoters, would be interested in seeing Peter waste the time of a Klitchko brother, again. But that's just my opinion. Maybe some still see him as
a legit threat, but I don't. He is what is is, and he'll never rebuild that momentum again after Vitali made him quit, then Chambers beat him.

He's done as far as title shots go, if you ask me. The boxing fans are aware of his limitations, and he just don't exite people, anymore, unless he's pitted against someone else on his level, who would be a good matchup, like Peter/Tua, or Peter/Arreola.

But as far as being a big drawing fight against a titleholder, that ship has sailed.

Kinda doesn't matter if he's a draw or not in the sense that he just won the IBF eliminator regardless.

Marciano may have not been fleet of foot but he wasn't a slow plodder either, Peter needs to stop lifting weights for now and just get his weight down, he didn't look good.

Everyone of Vitali's fights since he returned have been on TV

    Peter- tape delayed on Showtime
    Gomez- ESPN Classic
    Arreola- HBO
    Johnson- HBO

When was the last time Peter was on a meaningful network? When he quit against Vitali? Nobody wants to put that slug on TV. His fight last night looked like it was in a barn there were not 1,000 people there.:rofl:patsch

yea but that was a good fight with back and forth action,, what does the public wanna see Peter/Wlad or a Wlad/thompson or Wlad/chagaev again???? Peter is about the only other heavy weight that would give Wlad a serious fight and a fight that HBO would televise

That is laughable. And you seriously think HBO would buy a Wlad-Peter rematch?:lol::lol::lol::lol::rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Peter fought 20 rounds with the Klitschko's and won a grand total of 3 rounds. That is not competitive. At all.
