Sanchez vs Gomez expectations

The scores were likely close....because it was held in Gomez's home country.

I watched it live and it seemed like Nelson dominated the fight.

Gomez got home cooking in the Lockridge fight, as well - which Lockridge clearly won.

BTW: The LaPorte win was a great performance by Gomez. LaPorte was motivated and he was always dangerous when motivated.

LaPorte should have never had that non-title fight with Gerald Hayes. Hayes was better than his record and LaPorte was horrible when he was unmotivated.
