This is a hypothetical scenario in which Sanders is thrown into the mix regarding some fights which were discussed, but didn't happen for various reason.

George Foreman vs Corrie Sanders - 1995, for the IBF heavyweight title.
Corrie Sanders vs Michael Moorer - 1996, vacant IBF heavyweight title.

If he won either of these fights, being the IBF champion he'd probably fight a unification with Holyfield in 1997 instead of Moorer.

And if he won that he would eventually fight Lewis at the end of the decade for all the titles.

    How far does he get?

Probably not very.. I can see him beating some of those guys, but also a lot of scenarios where he wins a big fight then loses in his next.. Corrie was talented. Fast hands, good skills, big power, awkward style.. But he wasn't consistent. Wasn't devoted to training.. And had a suspect chin which Nate Tubbs exposed. Sanders vs Moorer would have been an interesting contest between two fast handed southpaws with big punches and shaky whiskers.. That might have been 50/50 odds for me.

Beats Foreman, knocks Moorer out and then gets stopped by Holyfield in an entertains fight.

Agree. He'd be cautious and UD Foreman. Moorer is a poor man's version of Sanders in most ways and Corrie would blast him out, and it would be a highly entertaining slugfest with Holyfield, but Holyfield's a bit too good.
