    Round 7 Martin 10-9
    Round 8 Martin 10-9
    Round 9 Martin 10-9

Cagey first minute, Felix not commiting, just pawin, Martin not throwing either. He backs him up, lands a left. Martin pressing him, Felix back to the ropes again. Lands a nice combination. Martin standing in the center of the ring, lands some beautiful lefts. Felix tries to land a flurry, nothing lands, Martin slipping everything. Martin lands to teh body, hurts him, he bends down, Martin unloading in combination, Felix goes down, that was a knockdown, but it isn't counted.

Martin pressing the pace early, clipping him with right hooks, drives him to the ropes with a straight left. Felix not looking to engage, just trying to survive. Martin stalking, landinglefts when he can. Sandor lands a few lefts and jabs. Felix goes for a shot and misses, Martin responds with a combination. Martin unloading on him, going for a stoppage, but Felix survives.

    100-90 Martin

Pretty sure Martin will get a shot for the soon to be vacant WBA belt. Hope he wins it. :chuck:

A simply magisterial performance by the Spanish southpaw slickster. If he keeps up performing at this level, he'll be a world champion without a doubt.

Great display of skills by Martin Sandor, he looked like having a bad day in the weigh-in to me, yet he pulled an overwhelming win like this giving no rounds to Felix whatsoever.

Not sure where he ranks at light welterweight though.

I went back and scored the opening match right before the main event.

    Round 1 Bolotniks 10-9, close
    Round 2 Bolotniks 10-9
    Round 3 Sep 10-9, close
    Round 4 Sep 10-9, close
    Round 5 Sep 10-9
    Round 6 Bolotniks 10-9
    Round 7 Bolotniks 10-9
    Round 8 Bolotniks 10-9, close

    77-75 Bolotniks

Almost hated to see either guy lose. They both brought it, and while Sep clearly landed the cleaner heavier shots, he just wasn't quite active enough. That should've have been the chief support and a 10 rounder.

So was the Mikey victory a Mikey issue? Or is Sandor the real deal?

Possibly both. Sandor Martin should be in the Top 10 at Light Welterweight at the moment.
