i see you're a big fan of LSC, the kid has the tools to go far.A mix of Margarito and Morales. If he jumps to 122 the division is gonna get hotter than ever.

I've heard of him for a bit now, but it was the first time i actually saw him 2 weeks ago on the Canelo card. Dude impressed the hell out of me. Have been watching every video of him i can find since. Dude is a BEAST. Those body punches, my god!

First time I saw him was the Malinga fight, and holy **** I still can't believe Vusi survived that pummeling.

Usually volume punchers don't punch as hard as LSC does.:bbb

Leo was a beast on that fight, man. But dude just took it to another level against Morel.

Morel probably is STILL pissing all sorts of blood after that destruction to his body delivered by LSC 2 weeks ago.

I think you meant mismatch but I will disagree with you here. Cesar Cano is a very good fighter. He has solid skills and big power to match them. Dont let the Morales fight fool you as I am sure that is the only fight of his you have seen. Morales is not human. We all saw how he went tit for tat with Danny and he is now regarded by some as the best JWW.

Paulie definitely has the skills to outbox him but I would not be surprised to see Cano jump on him and grind him down. Actually a bet on Cano would not be a bad idea.

I really like that Showtime is putting 4 fights on more than ever, then when you add them doing a couple undercard fights on their Extreme channel, Showtime is really stepping up their game. If I had too choose between HBO and Showtime I'd have a hard time not picking Showtime anymore.

Santa Cruz has looked good in the 2 or 3 fights I've seen of him. I don't think Maligno or an old Morel were great challenges but they were solid and Santa Cruz beat both convincingly. I hope he's matched tough on this card.

It would be great if the plan is to match Santa Cruz with the winner, or even the loser, of Mares-Moreno. It might be a bit early for Santa Cruz, since Mares and Moreno are so much more experienced but they'd be good fights.

Glad to see so many just as excited as I was, when I saw Santa Cruz was being added to this card. I've been higher on this kid than any other fighter I can think of, since I watched him win his belt back in June. I really have high hopes for LSC, and this 2nd defense should be his last fight as a Bantamweight. Which is more good news, because with his ambitious schedule recently, we should see him at 122 around early Spring :bbb:happy:dance

Leo Santa Cruz is one skilled fighter. Wasting minimum energy when fighting, it's almost like Tai chi where he uses his momentum to flow threw into his next punch or steps into his next position maintaining perfect balance. His fighting is a thing of beauty!!!

As long as he maintains his focus and discipline he is going to be very difficult to beat! I really can't wait to see him in action again.
