That was a very very comfortable night for Canelo, although I do rate plant’s skills - he was just never gonna hurt canelo.

 

Interesting fight. Plant looked good, better than I was expecting but Canelo always looked like he was going to stop him at some stage

 

Honestly Canelo was gifted no punishment from illegal shots all night. No fault of yours pal.

 

lol they got him a crown how lame . and calling him the king of boxing usyk might have something to say about that.

 

Looking at that first knockdown again, that first left hook was just flush. Totally scrambled Plant. No boxer through to LHW is taking that shot standing.

Gave Canelo the best fight in a while, great win, Canelo had to work for that one. Can't stand in front of Canelo. Lesson learned.

It was a competitive fight but it was not close. Plant was landing gloves and arm . Canelo landed the harder punches all night.

 

Nobody can beat Canelo.

 

That was more of a one punch KO (or one combo...) for me. Plant wasn't really softened up.

 

I’d say this is true but I think Canelo was just in coast mode because of plant’s lack of power. I said a few rounds before don’t be mistaken, Canelo is in full control.
