It certainly doesn't look like it.

So you're almost completely alone in scoring it wide for Plant, even the pros that agreed with you that he had a good chance scored it clearly for Canelo but... Wait for it... "I respect the truth", or to translate "the whole world DKSAB except me".

The contradictions are bordering on hilarious at this point.

I'll just restate what others have said that this point: absolutely shameless.

MW is not really a challenge anymore. Golovkin is too old and "Booboo" everyone else arent in the same league.

I have given you my view and I am as constant as the Northern Star. Plant’s boxing ability exposed Canelo fact. You may not like to hear it but it did. I scored it as I saw it. The official scorecards yesterday were a bloody disgrace but not exactly surprised either.

It's not about not liking to hear it, it's just plain wrong - and it exposes your laughable lack of ability to either judge boxing properly, or to be honest about it if you are capable.

You've laid your biases as bare as bare can be and just don't realize it - keep digging if you like, it's rather amusing.

If true, you should certainly re-evaluate your self important attitude, because you know FAR less about boxing than you think you do.

They were better than the cards in many fights - if anything, the one was closer than it should've been but it's just about justifiable at that.

The fact you're not surprised that cards that almost everyone thinks are decent don't agree with your personal cards should make you think about your scoring and either learn how to do it properly or accept that you're judging by a different (and officially invalid) set of criteria.

The script was, Plant was 7/1 to win (a big underdog, especially considering he came into the fight with a title). He got KTFO, so the script was followed.

As for what happened prior to the T/KO, Caleb did about as well as anyone could reasonably have expected (I myself had hoped he would be competitive and last into the late going), but he didn't win eight rounds of that fight. Chris credited Canelo with a little too much, but you credited Plant with entirely too much.

Everyone including I are entitled to their opinions. I am not trying to change anyone’s opinion just stating mine simple.

Yeah.. because Joshua is slick and hard to hit, was undefeated, had never been KD, never been KO...

Plant was undefeated/never been KD/KO because he has one good name on his resume. Saunders was undefeated/never been KD/KO because his resume at 168 is tragic: Isufi, Coceres, ancient Murray. Smith shouldn't have been champion or undefeated in the first place after he robbed Ryder in his previous fight before facing Canelo. Yildirim is a bum.

I'm not a Joshua fan so I'm not going to disagree with you there and make out that Joshua is some kind of ATG because he's not, but Usyk's win as the underdog is far more impressive than Canelo beating Smith as the -700 favourite, Yildirim as the -5000 favourite, Saunders as the -800 favourite and Plant as the -1200 favourite. There's a reason why Canelo was such a heavy favourite in all those bouts.

And that's without even talking about how the division that Usyk became undisputed in was much stronger than the one Canelo became undisputed in.

Definitely - we're entitled to our own assessments of fighters and make our own predictions.

What we're not entitled to do is spout our opinions as if they're absolute facts, tell absolutely everyone else that they're wrong just so we don't have to admit we were and reinterpret events to suit our own narratives - these are not only the height of bad manners, they're clear and unmistakable signs of delusional thinking.

Believe it or not, very very few people on here wish anyone ill with their comments - responses are either to make a point to a specific poster about where they're incorrect or to speak to a wider audience.

But of course you're entitled to your opinions, just don't be making out that you're right and everyone else is wrong unless you're expecting to get mocked for it and are happy to be a figure of ridicule.

You'd have looked a lot less foolish if you'd done that pages back.

But of course come the next fight you'll be back to telling people you're rarely wrong as if this one never happened.
