Truest post ive read in a while, I think its money related, no hunger, plus Jacobs hasn't proper belief in himself

I scored it 116 112 for Canelo.. Won fair and square.. Jacobs started to late and was gun shy most of the fight.. I was surprised he didnt do more..

I expected him to do enough to make it close, but come up short, and then to say that he thought he won. He fought in a similar manner for the Golovkin fight. Letting a shorter man out jab him, and outwork him in more than half the rounds. Jacobs also faded in the Championship rounds. Unlike the Golovkin fight, Canelo's slick Defense had a bit to do with him losing some rounds directly. He tried, he just couldn't hit anything in those rounds.

hard to tell imo. if this isnt his prime, when was his prime?? his one fight vs GGG?? one fight doesnt account for a fighters prime imo. and sure he has a hard time making weight…..but that has been that way his entire Career.

I agree about struggling to make weight (his ideal weight would be 168) and declining. He's not in his prime like Canelo. I would add that he is constitutionally a conservative fighter. He did step on the gas in the second half of the fight but he's not the kind of fighter who can easily go for broke.

    115-113 cinnamon beef

Jacob's wastes too much time in fight's..

Not much in it though. Not a bad fight but not worth a rewatch..

he certainly fought like he was "well fed". but here is the Thing: if he made anything close to the 30 Million i heard he was making…...Fighting the way he did makes even less sense imo.
with that payday, he would be set for LIFE! with that Peace of mind, he wouldnt have to worry About rematches or being popular. this would be the time to just do it for himself as a fighter. to prove to himself he is the fighter he wants to be. to do it for history. at least, that is what i would have done.

He took six rounds to get going and even in the late stages many rounds he were close...He waited far too long before starting to put real pressure.

Wasn't the most exciting fight but boring maybe a little harsh.

Show up for a sparring session, don't press the action, or if you do, forget your best arsenal, and coast to the decision.
If possible, for better realism, make threatening gestures at the weigh in.

Much easier than fighting for real , or simulating knock downs.

    Litterally fail-proof.

Afterwards, fire your trainer to give the press something to talk about.
