That´s what you got from that? Pacquiao?

Fine. Let me explain it to you. Pacquiao lost to Marquez. He then went on a 3 fight win streak which culminated in him dominating Chris Algieri, by literally moping the canvas with him.
At the time, this little run rebuilt Pacquiao´s image. People started talking about the Floyd fight again.

The overall point is that Floyd picked guys coming off of big wins, which led into big fights. Tank and Canelo are not doing that. They have a whole different approach and it´s silly to compare them.
And once again I will remind you that I am not saying that Floyd didn´t cherrypick or anything like that.

Vote with your feet. Do not support these fights. Watch real fighters like Inoue. Stop the farce that is Canelo sucking the last remaining drops out of boxing.

Canelo is the polar opposite of a Mexican fighter. He is not the pound for pound king - there are many better fighters. He is the face of boxing like Putin is the face of Russia - just a facade of lies.

Social media is feeding you a pack of lies to support an agenda, not the truth.

    Brother I bring up Paquiao
Because that was Mayweathe’s biggest rival / biggest fight.
Just as Benevidez is Canelos biggest rival & biggest fight.
They fought only after Mayweather assessed it was safest for the maximum reward
I’m saying canelo is following that green print & honestly from his perspective he would be a fool not to.

all the other stuff is irrelevant we already know that mayweather is > canelo.
I am merely comparing canelo in the risk / reward assessment business much like Floyd was at the end of his career.

I was talking about the career trajectory and opponent selection between Canelo, Tank and Benavidez. It has nothing to do with a singular fight, which you are focusing on.

Floyd had a genius blueprint and it made him the wealthiest boxer of all time.

And Canelo already had his two big rivals, those being Floyd and Golovkin. Benavidez likely won´t top those numbers.

not even if Benevidez becomes undisputed LHW accomplishing what canelo couldn’t?

I happen to think if / when that happens it $ets up a beautiful retirement $core for the cinnamon one vs Benevidez undisputed vs undisputed at a canelo catch weight of course.:deal:
