That’s ridiculous. Like him or not-and I am no fan of Roidelo- he has an excellent resume. Expecting him to move up to 175 is ludicrous as he has obviously peaked at 168. He has already shown he cannot beat Bivol, and would likewise lose to Beterbiev. At 168 I like his chances against Benavidez, considering the latters best opponent was Plant who did well against him.

@Bustajay I just watched the fight i enjoyed it good clean action all the way this is how i had it.

    1 Munguia
    2 Munguia
    3 Munguia
    4 Canelo 10-8
    5 Canelo
    6 Canelo
    7 Canelo
    8 Canelo
    9 Munguia
    10 Canelo
    11 Canelo
    12 Canelo

    116-111 Canelo

Canelo's extra class better defence and cleaner harder punches won him a clear decision in a competitive fight. Munguia started off well but after the knockdown the skill level gap was apparent from then on.

Good effort from Munguia and his stock went up for me but Canelo was a clear winner.

So why has basically no one come to say it's a robbery no one from munguias teams, why's there been no public online outrage like there normally is especially on this forum ???

Absolutely and thanks for sharing. There were some close rounds in the fight but Canelo was just landing the bigger and harder punches. Credit to J.M as he had some flashy combos and did some nice body work. JM stock went way up in my view too

Because my friend Munguia was not there to win Ginger picked him because he thought he was the easiest like when he chose Bivol LOL But Dmitry gave him a boxing lesson, beat the living daylights out of the supposed King of Boxing ROFLMAO Weight had nothing to do with it he didn't complain Kovalev was too big did he??? No because he'd got Tony Weekes making sure Kov had no chance Both Canelo & Weekes should have been suspended on that fight. Jaime Munguia did way better than those judges who scored the fight ridiculously wide in favour of Canelo. Jamie's' got a new fan ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Canelo's blatantly ducked Benavidez far too long , typical WBC style BS He should be ordered to defend those belts at 168 next ,as David Benavidez is the #! contender, or get stripped. But again its the We Be Crooks invoved so hardly likely to happen lol Professional Boxing used to be the #1 combat sport now its WWE II

How ?? Canelo picked Bivol because he'd been told he couldn't punch hard & wasn't a great boxer LOL They Lied!! Bivol beat the daylights out of Canelo, totally embarrassed the one that called himself The King of Boxing ROFL. Canelo claimed it was because Bivol too big at first. So Bivol offered him a rematch at 168. ROFL Canelo said no at 175 only ROFL Ginger cant make his mind up can he ??
Plus I'm sure you saw Canelo/Ward - Kovalev lol Its a wonder that Headbanger come ball buster Ward didn't neuter Kovalev who continuously battered Kov's testes while referee Weekes looked the other way finally stopping the fight in that final multi punch low punch barrage instead of DQ'ing the dirtiest boxer in the last 20 years
If you thought that was OK then you don't know boxing Canelo took over the mantle as Vegas Cash cow from Floyd & would never be allowed to lose in Vegas Till Dmitry Bivolbeat him so bad even his own judges couldn't justify saving him lol

Canelo MAY have got more respect had he taken Bivols offer to rematch at 168 for all Gingers baubles instead of choosing Munguia. It was comical how he contradicted himself by at first saying Bivol was too big that's why he lost to him But when Bivol offered the rematch at 168 Ginger said NO!!!!!!!! I'll only fight him at 175 ROFL
As for Ward's disgusting performance against Kovalev, aided & abetted by ref Tony Weeks totally ignoring the continuous assault on Kov's testes finalized by his combination, again to the testes, that took Kov out. Both Ward & Weekes should have been hung out to dry for that. Kov at 175 wasn't too heavy I guess having Weekes as cohort made a big difference Not a word from the commission on what should have been a DQ LOSS for Ward & firing of Weekes
