Matter if fact all of the "good work" Derrick James has done is with weight bullies in Charlos and Spence. And let's not forget when Charlos skipped their USADA random drug test...that whole camp probably on diuretics or other PEDs

 

Yesterday Charlo said that Mendoza knocks Tim the **** out, we know even he doesn't really believe that.

 

I now understand after his long running track star performance for why he has certain Idols haha.

Because he didn't cut and rehydrate. Have you ever trained for anything? If not, you wouldn't understand what he is saying.

Cutting would have forced him to train harder, run and spar more, and have a more disciplined diet, resulting in more sharpness in the ring. Fighters cut weight for a reason. It is beneficial if done comfortably. No question.

There is rehydration water weight, and then there is fat. Fat slows you down.

He looked average at the weigh in -not very lean at all- and I said right then that 168 was clearly not optimal for him. He's not great at 154 anyway, but he sucks at 168.

 

That's supposed to make us give him more extra credit, for all the talking he's done he better get up & fight, low standards even in fans of todays time.

 

True mainly due to the fact that Jermell would engage a whole more with Crawford as opposed to Canelo where he was shaking with fear.
