I was hoping for something competitive but Saunders not at least grabbing an early lead pretty much extinguishes any hope he has.

 

I honestly thought it would take him until round 5 to find his timing and distance.

 

BJS felt that power to the body. Trust me.

BJS edged the first with a couple of clean jabs, but Canelo found a home for the right hand in the 2nd.

 

What a stupid strategy by Saunders. Does he really think he can outslug Canelo?

 

Canelo doesn't respect Saunders power, will walk through him in the coming rounds and shatter BJS' jaw.

Two straight right hands had BJS legs a bit wobbly there. The body shots are punishing. All BJS backhand aint landing. The only hing he has is jab. Upppercuts going in there too. This might be over in 3.


BJS legs look unsteady.

feeds cutting in and out. didn't look like bjs landed anything of consequence. Canelo fighting at a measured pace. 22 foot ring and saunders still getting trapped in the corner and on the ropes once in a while.
