BJS 2.0 did very well all things considered. He came into Clen's adopted backyard where everything was stacked heavily against him after being inactive, fighting at a much lower level or on a stage even close to this magnitude before against someone who is much more experienced, much more experienced fighting at the higher level, and who has fought on a stage like this many many times. There's a reason why Floyd used to say ''You've never fought on this stage before'' to some of his opponents.

I don't think 4-4 or 5-3 are bad cards either. Some of the rounds were close. It's a judgement call whether you like the left and right hooks to the body of Canelo or the jabs of Saunders. I think you're kidding yourself if you think there's any chance BJS wins any 50/50 rounds. He knew that when he took the fight. Calling it corrupt is nonsense - especially after the night of nonsense we got earlier in the card.

Looking at the cards, all three gave him round 1 and 5 and one of the judges also gave him 7. I don't think either Saunders or Canelo done anything of note in the first round, so I don't think it's corruption to score it either way. I thought he clearly won rounds 5 and 7.

    Yeah I agree,

I'm genuinely stunned, people slaughtering somebody for not wanting to go blind.

    It's F'ing incredible.

If Josh Taylor was a bit bigger he would be the ideal opponent to beat Canelo. He’d take him to deep waters. Canelo isn’t all he is hyped up to be. People went OTT after he destroyed puddings like Yildirim and a high guard limited weight bully in Smith. He’s a drugged up, very talented power puncher with an iron chin who can be outboxed.

Rematch? Lol, this fight wasn’t that close and Canelo stopped him. That style isn’t winning this kind of fight man, it’s just not. He was literally running at times..,landed nothing of significance...well that’s not true he landed a nice hook a couple of times in one of the rounds I gave him.

Actually his corner pulled him out because they suspected he had a broken orbital bone. And don't call me pal.

I told you how it would end. Glad you are giving credit to El Canelo. Saunders talked and did a lot of **** before the fight and to quit like that he will be criticized.

I reckon Canelo is a big favourite to beat Plant, don't see much trouble for him there at all
