I have admitted I got the fight completly wrong. I am sure I am not the only one who thinks Burns is not elite level and got lucky tonight.

 

I am not going ape**** over it, but pulling you for your flippant remarks that effectively dumbing down Burns performance. He nearly got stopped at the beginning, middle and end of the fight, but still went on to outbox Martinez. A class performance.

If you stated this opinion pre-fight I will concede the point to you, but dont come with that **** after a nail biting fight like that. What was your pre-fight prediction anyway?

 

Not lucky, courageous and skillful. I had my usual peanuts/£10 on Burns points tonight but frankly wouldnt of cared less if i lost a grand after that showing. I didnt say he's elite level (like Gamboa is) i just believe in giving credit where due- people on here are admitting they are wrong and some are even happy to do it why cant you be as humble?
