That level of 'under-card' is far too generous for greedy Arum to legitimately consider. Perhaps he might be inclined to feature Pavlik in an under-card role. If so, Pavlik-Andrade would make some sense.
.... Its ok if you do it! Me and eze are esb rivals though!! He talks sh** about margo and angulo! :nono
:good I'm positive Team PAC accepts 17 or even 14 days. It will be a nice sight if PAC or Floyd offers this compromise.
Someone's gotta lose in any tango... even though they both win $. I know one of the two has built his image on his record and losing that record means possibly hurting his self image. On the other hand retiring and capping off a great career with a humiliating defeat leaves a lot to be desired... I don't really see these two seeing eye to eye even though I'd love to see it happen.
The winner of this fight will be considered as the best in the world. There's no shame in losing to the best.
pac promoter was caught lying to the press during their last attempt at negotiations, so yeah, his word is gold atsch
floyd an pac willl fite. everyone really thinks pac n margs mite fite. dont margs wanna fite at 154, but then again he will move dwn 4 a good payday. margs woud get demolished pacs would run circles around like a lil machine and margs would never b able to catch him. pac would lite him up.
Would never be in Texas for the following reasons: 1) More money to be made in Vegas, and it's not really debatable. 2) Can Margarito get a license for Texas? Doubtful. Also, the likelihood of getting Margarito/Martinez as an undercard fight is very slim. It means cutting into Mayweather/Pacquaio's slice of the money. Margarito/Martinez has enough interest to be a main event on another card.
It's obviously the bottom line however a lacking of relevant fights on the under-card would be a major missed opportunity for the sport.
1) More money in Vegas, I doubt it. Jerry Jones is ready to pay huge amount of site fee just to have this megafight in his stadium. 2) This card can do without Margarito-Martinez. It's just a proposed undercard.
