Truely a **** fight, bound to rip everyone in Denmark off at the usual 100 $ PPV fee. Equally pathetic listening to the Kessler interview where he states that Green is a world class overall and very dangerous fighter, while Green talks of ending Kesslers career as there will afterwards be no place in boxing for a 33 yearr old with 3 losses. Turning 33 i September that´s just a brilliant statement. Side note: **** me, I just realised, that this "epic" silverbelt-fight will take place on the night of the final of the Champions League as well. Should be a great night of fun listening to Peter Schmeichel potatomouthing his way through an evening of football (yes americans...football) while trying to hype the fight, telling everyone that for just 100$, we still have a chance to seriously bend over and take it up the ass.
I think I won't believe such numbers. Cloud is not a star and Sauerland just faked an injury to get rid of the Stieglitz fight which was costing him too much (my personal thought here). Sauerland even tries to make us believe that Kessler and Green have unfinished business. :rofl:rofl Never believe Sauerland. Never.
Sadly no. Viasat hold the rights to Sauerland Events. Look at the sponsors on the fight poster behind Kessler and Green atsch All of them the usual PPV-mafia: http://ekstrabladet.dk/sport/anden_sport/boksning/article1732445.ece
I see.. Well, against Froch we were a bunch of friends packed in the living room, which reduced the price to about 10 $ per head.. But i don't think that this fight is worth money.. But oh well...
At 175, wtf? Kessler is small at smw. As ridiculous as it sounds, don't be suprised if Kessler after beating up Green, and Hopkins getting beat up by Dawson fight each other.
I feel bad for Kessler. First, Sauerland told him he would fight Bute. Then, Stieglitz but with the promise to face Ward in a big unification fight. Then, Allan Green at LHW. I don't even want to imagine what's next.
They will tell him, that Calzaghe is back for a one fight only, wanting to meet only Kessler for the biggest payday of his life, ending up with a 2 pm matiné on a monday against Ottke......losing on a split decision :huh
6"1", mostly weighs in @167-168 and has struggled making weight before.. I say he is a decent sized SMW, big enough for LHW..
