so what its also for another title...**** sturm. Somebody really needs to go there and beat his ass take that title from him. I really don't like fighters like sturm and john from the wba fighting on bums they are doing nothing for boxing.

Sturm - AA would be big over there! They should find a way to make both sides happy financially.

    Sturm won't fight Abraham.

He won't fight anyone that has a good chance of beating him.

Actually fighting Abraham might get in the way of the Sturm-Castiello best of 11 series. :-(

Yes. And the 750.000 € went into Sturm's pockets whereas Sturm would have to pay his promoter, trainer, etc if he fought on a Sauerland card. I guess some 1.1 million € would remain.

I think that Sturm is ducking Abraham but Sauerland's public offer is ridiculous.

How so? Seems like a smart move. Average Joe will see that and figure Sturm is crazy to turn it down, unless he is afraid he can't win. Public pressure can bring results. Plus, it is part of the publicity machine.

Seems strange that he would turn that money down. Though we dont know what his regular wage is.

:? We already mentioned he got 750.000 € (= 1.18 million $) for the Pittman fight, and that's his regular wage.
