I'm a huge Alvarez backer and believe he'll go on to great things, but a part of me wouldn't be too upset with N'Dou springing an upset here.

    Are there any weigh-in pics?

Check out the 'boxing scene' IB, I'm sure there were pics there. Both Lovemore and Canelo both looked in top shape. :bbb

This is just getting ridiculous. That's junket boy Keiza standing behind de la Hoya. What a creep. Always trying to hog the spotlight.

    :deal

It's either Ray taking the **** out of Kieza, or Kieza's pissed, bored and lonely in his hotel room.

    N'Dou looks fit as hell!

Not that he has ever been flabby, but he looks especially strong there.

Keiza's rubbing it in to poor old Ray who loves writing up about his mate Lovemore every given second in his World of Boxing but can't/wouldn't go to Mexico as it's for a WBC title!!!

Bounce back Ray, give it to him, Keiza's got you covered here!!!

FFS. De La Hoya has a head like George Chuvalo now. Be struggling to see past his 'size 20' cranium.

Lovemore's fight log is filled with big names. Never one to back down from an opportunity. Always comes in tremendous fight condition. He's another outstanding Oz fighter that never gets his dues. I wish him well.

We all bag mundine but this got me thinking, if you got given an easy days work for a shitload of money or a ****ing hard one for heaps less????
Only a fool would say the hard day for less money.
Here is Lovemore breaking his balls for not much, the plaudits of very few and Choc gets paid heaps and is booed and cheered by millions.
Both guys are great boxers but in 30 years imagine with compound interest what Mundines wealth will be. Will it matter much him getting bagged for taking the easy option.
Boxings a game and business and like wrestling an organised sham. Why not take the easy option.
I ask you all this Mundine and Green fans alike - if YOU the forum member had to fight either Lovemores Mexican or Garth Woods, who would you pick?

Good luck to Lovemore, but I think it's more than likely he suffers his first defeat by stoppage in this fight.

No way I can see Lovemore be even competitive here. Alvarez either by easy UD or by late round stoppage.

It's a fighters mindset. Why do fighters with more losses on their records than wins continue to fight, endangering their health knowing they could find another job out there. Most times they do have day jobs anyway.

If N'dou can pull off this upset, then the reward is huge compared to a minor one that Mundine will get over Wood.

One day, maybe your kids or grandkids take a intrest in the sport and ask you questions, mundines & greens would hesitantly say they were a "world champion" lovemore with a confident grin of satisfaction would say he gave it his all, every time, hopefully in a big house bought on a good income from fighting & legal work
