    Off course he didn't look confident he already knew the scores.

    Canelo's upper body movement dodging consecutive punches and landing the harder more impressive punches won him the fight. He had the much better body lauguage, and much more sterdy boxing stance. Trout's knees buckled multiple times. he got dropped and did a funky dance before falling.

    the fool here is u because u dont know how to score a fight :deal

    u could throw a thousand weak punches like trout, doesnt matter. judges will see the ones that land and land effectively. many of trouts punches did not land because of canelos superb defense

    Fight was very close going up until the late and championship rounds when Canelo basically began to throw rounds away because of both fighters knowing about the scorecards. That messes up the fight and the scorecards they were showing were garbage themselves.

    Man what a corrupt sport.

    ===============================================

    In the first 8 rounds, the fight was like a chess match. I got to give big credit to Canelo's head movement. I forgot what round, I think 6 which at the end he was just making Trout miss all his jabs. Admittedly Trout was also scared to close the distance.

    Good fight, I think there should be a rematch.

    ****, this is like I'm watching a different sport to all of you. Trout barely won a round. The fight reminded me of Hopkins-Calzaghe, except Canelo landed a lot more than Hopkins, and Trout missed a bit more than Calzaghe.

    His decision to play prevent defense kinda sucked the drama out of the battle, though. It would have been nice to see him to close the show in more resounding fashion, even if it wasn't absolutely necessary for him to do so.

    no body with any sens takes punch stats for serious. I don't consider them in any fight this one doesn't make any difference. Punch stat is a guy with a button with a worst position compared to the ref. Canelo landed jabs that moved Trout whole body back and hurt him. Trout was trowing a week as jab missing around 90% of the time. While being countered with harder shots. I told I have the fight close. But don't score fights with compu box it's not the way it is done. Don't get mad btw if you have seen a close win for Trout I can take that it's your opinion and your vision for boxing.

    I'm well aware of that, which is why I had Alvarez winning 115-112.

    Again, if what you saw leads you to believe Trout exhibited cleaner punching in 7 rounds tonight, please sue your optometrist.

    Every. single. round.

    And if you scored the 1st for trout, you must not score body shots, and do score fresh air swipes.
