    Herrera seems comfortable and wants to counter off the ropes but Perez is also comfortable pushing him against them and overall Perez is getting the better work off and winning rounds from that position.

    Herrera is walking through Perez's hard jab and mousetrap right and landing right hands and left hooks up top. Perez is kept on the backoot, sticking the rangy jab but unable to keep Herrera at bay with it. Perez is hit on the ropes a few times before sloughing off to his left. Perez doubles the jab and taps Herrera on the side of the head with a hook but is forced to give more ground.
