    Alvarez is pushing out left jabs walking forward. Lara is back to a four corner defense, making Alvarez burn fuel and plod after him. Lunging right hands by Alvarez. The crowd likes the effort, but is nowhere close to landing. Lara pops in right jabs on the nose while eluding Alvarez. 1-2 by Lara, moving left. Alvarez steps forward and taps Lara on the brow with his left jab. Lara is tired, refusing to keep up his guard unless Alvarez is very close. Lara drops his gloves and circles, taking pot shots with jabs.

    10-9 Lara, not a lot in that one, just down to clean work.
