    Those are fights i think he could take now safely.

    Bundrage has a title so i wouldnt want him to fight him because he would have a belt and i hate a title holder fighting journeyman.
    Angulo pressures too much and im not sure Canelo is ready for that.
    Cintron is a hard puncher with good boxing skill. However i think Canelo could break him down if he gets him into the later rounds.

    Spinks would be a good slippery fighter who is past it so that would be my choice for him facing that style.
    Ishe would also be a good test.

    foreman would be a good fight. maybe santos as well. the chavev jr fight is obviously gonna be built up.

    angulo and cintron might be favoured against him, but eventually he will need to step up. and i see what ya mean bout k9, but he could fight something like

    k9->foreman->cintron->angulo->cotto->chavez jr

    so it wouldnt or shouldnt be a long line of bums. plus toney did it and just had loads of non title fights.

    Malignaggi lost to Lovemore, and people here seem to love Maligfaggi.

    He doesnt need the tile though. And you know people are going to be gunning for him. You will have PW, Lara, Kirland, Cotto all calling him out and it would be stupid to. Those are some tough fighters that i dont think a 20 year old is ready for.
    Why have this kid burn out at the age of 28-29 when they can let him have a career well into his mid 30s?
    I understand a fans point of view that we want to watch him because he is exciting and we want to see him test the best but its much too soon. The kid didnt even start boxing early like most top guys do. He went straight into the pros even though he had a promising soccer career.

    I think N'Dou is too small for Alvarez, but still a good fight for a developing fighter. Better move him slowly and squeeze all the potential he has than to rush him into exciting fights that could shorten his career.

    i think that as a top prospect, who has already beaten cuello, vasquez(twice), cotto and baldomir, he is ready for a top 10 fighter.

    Alvarez SHOULD take this fight convincingly, but it's definently a good opponant. He still has some awareness to gain, so taking a fight like this, with hopes of winning by KO, should definently get him that last bunch of fans he wants. Also, his record is mainly comprised of fighting nobodies. The guy is only really getting experience now, and even though I think he could challenge alot of the welterweight top fighters, it's good for him to work up slowly as he has plenty of time. He should fight this guy, and then another similarly skilled and experienced fighter. After that, the names like Mosley and Cotto can be targeted. Some wins against some big names, although these days some easy opponants, will definently give the kid a big boost. Just don't rush him into it. He has all the time in the world to work his way up, and he stays really busy. Alvarez for chamption 2015.

    My concern is for Lovemore, man I hate to my fellow countryman go out like that...Sad to say it but Canelo will destroy Ndou @ this stage of his career.
