I hate how scoring rewards people for refusing to engage over and over again. This really is fighting, and the guy who decides not to come to fight often gets the nod in these weird style matchups. I do wish Ponce were faster, too bad, because these back foot runners who think they are masters of boxing are by and large a joke. Hopkins and Floyd have found a somewhat happy medium, because they always always look in control, but its a very delicate line and its a shame it is so well rewarded by the score cards. bleh.

 

So ****ing sick and tired of boring ass guys like Broner getting on HBO, boxings most visible platform. Match the slick boxers up against one another in tiny gyms in front of 10 people, I'd rather watch guys who actually want to throw punches.
