    No. If more than half the recorded so called Punchbox stats landed Hatton would of been out of there, most of them landed on the gloves.

    Alvarez gives Hatton some respect.

    He tells the people this is the first of many belts he will collect, as he had promised to bring them championships (plural).

    He says he doesn't know when Kellerman asks why he has such a special connection with the fans and thanks everybody for supporting him.

    He gives a generic answer about who's next, saying that he will take on the big names and get belts. Kellerman presses, asking exactly how close he thinks he is to the big names. Alvarez says he doesn't know, maybe 2 more fights worth of preparation.

    Oh - and VIVA MEXICO!

    I don't think this fight is the best way to gauge Alvarez. He was in there against an opponent who couldn't hurt him. A smaller opponent who basically was brought in to lose.

    Hatton in turn gives Alvarez some respect, and assesses himself honestly as having no power against someone as big as Alvarez and says he'll go back down to 147 and look for a title opportunity there.

    I don't know what Saul is going to do at 154, Joel Julio would give him problems, Cintron as well. He really needs to focus on his weight and try to get back down to 147, because he doesn't have the defense and the power to compete at 154.

    People trying to hype of Hatton need to realize this, what would happen if Matt fought Angulo or Kirkland, or Cintron or Paul Williams, or Joel Julio. He would have been KO'd under 6.

    I was 10 times more entertained by that fight than I figured I would be. Sometimes boxing still manages to amaze me. That's why I keep coming back.

    The point is, Hatton avoided those shots. Nothing even remotely that clean, well timed and unseen landed that flush on Hatton. That was a fantastic punch.
